Create Facebook Page

 

a. Go to Ylopo Business Settings Page on FB.

 

b. Under People and Assets tab, click ‘Pages’. Then click ‘+Add New’ and select ‘Create New Page’.

 

c. A window will pop up. Select ‘Brand or Product’ as category.

 

d.  Another window will pop up. Enter the Page Name. Then, choose the ‘Product/Service’ Category.

Use the following format for the Page Name:

Realtor Display Name, Company Display Name: New Homes for Sale

*Refer to the email request for the Realtor Display Name and Company Display Name in Helpscout

 

e.  Click on the Page ID number and paste it on FB Page ID Column (Column D) in the New Clients Setup Checklist – Marketing sheet. Put ‘YLOPO PAGE’, ‘DONE’, or ‘CLIENT’S PAGE’ in column C. (YLOPO PAGE- if you use YLOPO Business Page ID; DONE- if you have created a new FB page; and CLIENT’S PAGE- if you use the FB Page provided by the client)

 

f. Assign Admins to the Page. Click ‘Add People’. Select ‘Page Admin’ Role.

Select the following:

  • Ben Arwin
  • Czhareen Briones
  • Edwina Loh
  • Ellen Pobre
  • Emily Sipchen
  • Juefeng Ge
  • juefengge (System User)
  • Marketing Ylopo
  • Mark Gajitos
  • Raisa Calida
  • Ryan Hailey

Then click ‘Save Changes’.

 

g. Open the New FB Page you created and upload profile photo.
