Overview of Tools

This section features the tools and apps mostly used by the Squarespace team in performing their tasks and responsibilities --- from the completion of clients' ticket information, the creation of client websites, to the implementation of specific site updates and client requests. Most of the tools act as the cornerstone of these tasks for the team to deliver an exemplary performance.


SQUARESPACE

Squarespace is a software as a service-based content management system, integrated website builder, blogging platform, hosting service, commerce platform, and domain name registrar. The system allows individuals and businesses to create and maintain websites, blogs, and online stores.

JIRA

Jira is a proprietary issue tracking product, developed by Atlassian. It provides bug tracking, issue tracking, and project management functions

HELPSCOUT

Helpscout is an email-based customer support platform, knowledge base tool, and an embeddable search/contact widget for customer service professionals.

STRYPES

Strypes is a Dutch owned and managed ICT Company which offers its customers the ability to scale their software department with highly skilled and motivated professionals.

Note: We can only access this link using an openvpn login. Basically, I am using this for setting up the client’s domain.  


SLACK

Follow Up Boss

Follow Up Boss integrates with and collects leads from over 200 lead sources.

Note: This is to access the client’s FUB account (if FUB is their CRM) to find additional information about the client’s team members/agents, including their email and phone number.
