What does Complete Digital Marketing (CMD) involve?

Mission Control- It is a digital marketing dashboard designed for clients to full or partial control of their campaigns. Clients can choose between Co-Pilot, a mode where clients can create and manage ads themselves; and Auto-Pilot modes, which leaves all the digital marketing to the Ylopo Marketing team. Mission Control is the core of all Ylopo Technology, as enumerated below:

•    Lead Generation- It consists Dynamic Real Estate Ads, Lead Ads, and Digital Billboard Ads.

1.    Dynamic Real Estate Ads- It targets prospective buyers by displaying ads with real homes that match their home buying needs through Facebook marketing.

2.    Lead Ads- Facebook Lead Ads generate real contact information of the leads straight from their Facebook profiles. Through Facebook, prospects are shown ads which contain the most relevant homes based on their browsing behavior.

3.    Digital Billboard Ads- It allows clients to remarket to their own database, or showcase their brand to any zip code, neighborhood or city.

•    Branded Site- Ylopo creates websites for clients to help with their branding. In a team, each agent is given microsites which can be customized. All information of prospect searches in an agent’s microsite goes directly to the agent’s CRM. Ylopo also provides infographic-style blog articles.

•    IDX Home Search- It a mobile-optimized IDX Home Search that is also built for lead generation.

•    CRM Integration- The clients have full visibility and control over the prospect’s behavior and interact with the buyers through e-mail or text. It gives ideas to the clients on what types of homes prospect buyers want to see.

•    Lead Nurture- Ylopo provides help to clients in watching their leads and sending automated messages to high priority leads on their behalf.

•    Listing Rocket- The listing rocket ads undergo seven different lead ad stages from New, Open House, 30 Days Listed, Price Reduction, 60 days listed, 6 months active, and Pending Sold. In this way, ads will always stay relevant to the right demographic audience.
