Creating Listing Rocket Ads
Here’s an example of an email you will receive requesting LR ad creation and activation.
a. Go to Strypes then click the Parties tab.
b. Search the client’s party ID.
c. Once searched, click the party ID number under the ID column. You will be then taken to another page.
d. On that page, search for the table with Websites heading. On that table, find the column Use for L. Alerts? then search the row with YES (default).
e. In that row, YES (default), under the Domain column, click on the preview button. A website will open upon clicking the preview button.
f. Go back to the e-mail request and copy the MLS number.
g. On the client’s website, add "/search" to the URL. Hit Enter.

i. Automatically, it will add your current location to the filter. Delete it.
j. Select ‘All Areas’ and check all the major locations that will appear.
k. Scroll down. Select all the Property Types and enter the MLS number.
l. Click ‘See Listings’ on the top of the page.
m. Click on the property listing. This will open to a new page.
n. Copy the 8-digit number from the URL of the new page. (The number next to /detail/
o. Go back to Strypes, FB Party Ad Config. Search the client’s Party ID and click on it. Click ‘View’.
p. On the right side, click the dropdown button beside ‘Segment’ and select ‘Standard_Home’.
q. Enter the 8-digit number as Listing ID and click ‘Preview Listing Details’. Then, click ‘Do it!’
This will now process the creation of the Listing Rocket ad.
r. To activate the ad, click ‘Click Here to Open in FB’. This will open Ads Manager on the ad set level of the client’s LR campaign. Activate the ad set if requested.
In case you cannot find the listing in the client’s website:
a. Google the MLS number.
Ex: MLS #40796009
b. Click on one of the results to check the status of the listing. In this example, the property (MLS 40796009) is already Off Market, which is why it does not show up when you search it in the client’s website.
c. If in case the listing is still Active, get the property’s Zip/Postal code or City and use those to filter your search in their website.
Ex. MLS #40803963, listing is still active (For Sale)
d. Enter the postal code in the Area Search bar in the client’s website. Enter the MLS number too.
There should now be a result in your search.
