INTRODUCTION: CLIENT INFORMATION
This section shows the necessary steps for Site Creation or Build a Site for our Clients.
After the ticket completion on the OPEN column, tickets are placed on WAITING FOR BSQ if the ticket does not have any BSQ or OPEN lane if we already received the BSQ from the client. Tickets located in OPEN lane are basically tickets that are ready for site creation.
Before building the client’s site, a team member should set an ASSIGNEE to a ticket before proceeding with the next steps.
Go to the ASSIGNEE section ► Click ASSIGN TO ME link if you would like the ticket to be assigned to you or click on the Unassigned option and type the name of the staff that you want to be the assignee of the ticket.
The Branded Sites team offer different templates to our clients. The current templates we have are as follows:

Although we offer four different templates, the team uses the HomepageC as the initial draft design template for clients who does not provide BSQ after multiple follow ups.
To start, you may refer to this file for you to reserve an empty site that you can use in building a site. Please don’t forget to tag your name to the link that you chose on the to avoid confusion between team members.
The first thing to do when building a site is to enable the SquarespaceWebsites Tools PRO extension. This helps users to copy the data of a specific page or section on a site and allows to create the same data to the same or another website.
On the, look for the green icon at the upper right corner, click the icon and choose to ENABLE EXTENSION. The status should be ENABLED as shown below.
After enabling the extension, it is now time to gather all the client details from the SQR ticket. For an instance, let’s have this ticket: https://ylopollc.atlassian.net/browse/SQR-1856.
Open the page and access the Branded Site Questionnaire (BSQ) or the client.

Download all attachments provided by the client on your computer as you will be using them to complete the site.
