Setting Up Facebook Campaigns
A.
1. Go to TIBCO, then type ‘’products’’ in the search field.
2. Select Facebook Product Sets, then click Apply. Export as CSV file.
3. Copy all data in the Facebook Product Sets exported file, then paste to Facebook Product Sets tab in the template.
B.
1. Go to TIBCO, then type “audience” in the repository field.
2. Select Facebook Audience, then click Apply. Export as CSV file.
3. Copy all data in the Facebook Audience exported file, then paste to Facebook Audience tab in the template.
C.
1. Go to Fb Ad Config in Marketing Tab in Strypes.
2. Copy all data, then paste to Page ID Data tab in the template.
D.
1. Go to Lead Form Template tab.
2. Put the party ID under column A.
3. Copy all data from column C to AF by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Right arrow keys.
4. Open a new excel file and paste the data there. Save it as CSV file.
5. Go to Fb Form Creator in Marketing Tab in Strypes.
6. Upload the CSV file you just saved.
7. Click Process Batch (Create Forms) button, then click Export once it reaches 100%.
8. Open the exported file. Copy the value or the FB Form ID inside the cell under column AD.
9. Paste it to column AF of Lead Form Template tab.
E.
1. Go to Set Up Generic tab.
2. Input party ID.
3. Copy the data in column N, which is the base deal name, then paste it to column O.
4. Select Data in the menu bar, then click Text to Columns.
5. Select Delimited.
6. Select Others then put a dash (-) inside the box.
7. Click Next, then Finish, then OK.
8. Put the target city in column T.
F.
1. Go to Facebook Product Sets (TIBCO) tab.
2. Filter the party ID in column A.
3. Filter “city_” in column E.
4. Copy all the data in column E.
5. Paste them to column C of the Set Up City Specific tab.
6. Go to column E, copy the base deal name, then paste it to column F.
7. Select Data in the menu bar, then click Text to Columns.
8. Select Delimited.
9. Select Others then put a dash (-) inside the box.
10. Click Next, then Finish, then OK.
11. Make sure the party ID is dragged down to the last row corresponding the data in column C.
G.
1. Go to Set Up Remarketing tab.
2. Put the party ID under column A.
3. Copy data from column G then paste to column H.
4. Select Data in the menu bar, then click Text to Columns.
5. Select Delimited.
6. Select Others then put a dash (-) inside the box.
7. Click Next, then Finish, then OK.
8. Put the target city in column L.
H.
1. Go to Template DPA General 5 tab.
2. Copy all data from column E to the last column.
3. Go to General Campaign #5 in Power Editor.
4. Make sure no campaign is selected.
5. Click Export & Import button.
6. Select Import Ads.
7. Paste the data from the template.
8. Click Import.
Note: Do not publish yet just close it!
I.
1. Go to Template City tab.
2. Copy all from column B up to the last column.
3. Go to General Campaign #5 in Power Editor.
4. Make sure no campaign is selected.
5. Click Export & Import button.
6. Select Import Ads in Bulk.
7. Paste the data from the template.
8. Click Import.
Note: Do not publish yet!
J.
1. Select both unpublished campaigns.
2. Click the edit button.
3. Turn Budget Optimization on, then set it to $10, the click Close.
K.
1. With both unpublished campaigns selected, go to Ad sets tab.
2. Click the edit button.
3. Start changing the product catalogs of each ad sets.
L.
1. Once all product catalogs of all Ad sets of both campaigns are edited, go to the Ads tab.
2. Select all ads and click the edit button
3. Delete the words in the Headline and Newsfeed description fields.
4. Click the Call to Action dropdown and switch from Sign Up to Learn More.
5. Go back to the template and go to Ad Copy Notification tab.
6. You will find the corresponding text to copy and paste back to the Headline and Newsfeed description fields.
7. Now you are ready to publish the campaigns.
M.
1. Go to Remarketing Only account in Power Editor.
2. Go to Remarketing Template tab in the template.
3. Copy all the data from column C up to the last column.
4. Make sure no campaign is selected.
5. Click Export & Import button.
6. Select Import Ads in Bulk.
7. Paste the data from the template.
8. Click Import.
9. Go to Sphere Template Tab. Copy all the data then do the same process and import it to Power Editor.
10. Publish both campaigns!
