Creating Custom Ad Campaign

a. Here is a sample email that you will receive where in you need to create a custom ad campaign in General Account #2.
In this email, take note of the Party ID, Target Area, Listing Details, Listing Descriptions and Listing Images.
b. Click the URL provided under the “Listing Images Src Url”. Request access to the photos in Google drive to download them. Once your request has been accepted, download at least ten (10) photos of the property. If it’s not possible to download 10, the minimum number of photos we use is three (3).
Note: The trick is to have the following in order if possible; 1. Front exterior 2. Kitchen 3.Living Room 4.Bathroom/Bedroom 5.Back exterior/garden/pool
c. Rename all the photos in this format, “Surname10.jpg”
d. Open Custom Ad Import template.
e. Go to FB Ad Config in Strypes, then search the party ID of the client.
f. Copy the following information from Strypes: Party & FB Page ID.
g. Then, paste to Custom Ad Import template.
h. Go back to the e-mail and copy the address under “Listing Details”, the city under “Target Area”, and the “Listing Description”.
i. Paste the listing address from the email in the cell under Listing Address/MLS (column C). Then, paste the Listing Description in the cell under Ad Copy (column D). Lastly, edit the cell under City Target (column E).
j. In the Import tab, copy all the data from column A to GD.
k. Open Power Editor and go to General Campaign #2.
l. Make sure no campaign is selected.
m. Click Export & Import button.
n. Select Import Ads in Bulk.
o. Paste the data from the template.
p. Upload the photos by clicking Choose Images.
q. Click Import.
Note: Do not publish yet!
r. Go to ad-sets tab, then select all ad-sets.
t. Click the edit button.
u. Click “Create Lead Form”, then choose any existing lead form.
v. Change the duplicated lead form name by replacing the listing address.
w. Now, scroll down and find the Thank You Screen, and delete the website link.
x. Go to Parties in Strypes, then search for the party ID.
y. Click on the party ID, scroll down and find the table with the Websites heading. In the table, find the column Use for L. Alerts?, then search for the row with the YES (default).
z. In that row, under the Domain column, corresponding the YES (default) cell, click on the search button.
aa. On the client’s website, add /search to the URL. Hit Enter.
ab. Click Edit Your Search.
ac. Automatically, it will add your current location to the filter. Delete it.
ad. Put the location or the listing address provided.
ae. Go back to the email and find the how many beds and baths are indicated in the listing details.
af. Put the number of beds and baths.
ag. Click See Listings.
ah. Once you click See Listings, it will take you to this page:
ai. Copy the URL in the search bar above.
aj. Paste the URL in the website link, under the Thank You Screen.
The URL should look like this:

ak. Click Save on the upper right corner.
al. Then, go back to ads tab, and export the selected ad.
am. Open the exported file and find the Ad ID Column. Copy the Ad ID, without the letter “a”.
an. Go back to power editor, click the edit button again, then to the Lead Form draft.
ao. Find the website link again, under the Thank You Screen then do this step:
- Add &fbAdId=6090149310967 to the link.
- The URL should now look like this:

ap. Click Finish.
